The Role
The bays are full, guests are in, and the bar is on. Your role is to keep everything flowing - welcoming people in, running bar service, supporting guests on the simulators, and making sure every area of the venue is seen to. This is not a job for someone who likes a desk, you'll be on your feet, no two days the same.
You'll move between the bar, the floor, and the bays depending on what the shift needs. We'll train you on the bar, the coffee machine, the booking system, and the simulators. What we can't train is energy, warmth, and the ability to make someone feel genuinely welcome.
Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
What You'll Be Doing
The Bar
- Pulling pints, pouring wine, making cocktails.
- Knowing the menu well enough to recommend with confidence.
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and ready throughout the shift.
- Processing payments via POS.
- Following responsible alcohol service standards without exception.
- Full setup at the start and clean-down at close.
On the Floor
- Welcoming every guest warmly the moment they arrive.
- Staying visible and attentive.
- Handling queries, complaints, and bookings on the spot with good judgement
- Supporting group bookings and private events
- Completing handovers clearly.
The Bays
- Going over introduction trials for members.
- Monitoring bays set up
- Supporting guests on the simulator floor throughout their sessions.
The Venue
- Keeping all areas clean and guest-ready throughout the shift
- Opening / Closing down the venue.
- Following food hygiene, allergen, and health and safety standards.
- 14.50 ph

What We're Looking For
Essential
- On your feet energy - this is a physical, active role.
- Warm, confident, and genuine with people.
- Calm under pressure and good at switching tasks quickly.
- A genuine interest in golf and sport.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Helpful, but not essential
- Bar experience - if you can pull a pint and make a cocktail, great!
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- Experience with POS or booking systems
A genuine bonus
- You play or follow golf.
- You're local to Queen's Park or NW6
