An ongoing business is looking to recruit a Senior Sous Chef to work closely under the supervision of his superiors across all aspects. The restaurant has a seating capacity 40 covers that operates a Lunch menu as well as a dinner menu throughout the entire week.
Responsibilities include:
 To monitor all aspects of the kitchen.
 Ongoing monitoring of expenditure, sales and profit levels compared to budgets and recommending methods for effective savings.
 Collaborate with third parties such as suppliers.
 Implement procedures and daily practices within the kitchen

Sobre ti

Requirement include:
 A minimum of 5 years as Sous Chef or Head Chef in upscale restaurant.
 Conversant in English is mandatory.
 Ensure consistency and customer focused.
 Ability to work well under pressure.
 Good communication, decision making and problem-solving skills.
 Have strong leadership and team building skills.
 Maintain the highest level of standard.
 Is willing to work flexible hours including week ends, public holidays and when the need arises.
