About the Role
As Front Office Night Team Member , you will play a key role in overseeing hotel operations during the night, ensuring guest safety, service excellence, and smooth communication between shifts. You will be part of a high-energy, fun team that consistently delivers outstanding customer service, while supporting team development and maintaining company standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide guidance and support to the night team, managing hotel operations during overnight hours.
· Be a reassuring, polished presence in all areas, anticipating guest needs and elevating guest experience at every touchpoint.

· Work closely with all departments to support a harmonious operation that places the guest at the centre of everything.
· On standby during peak moments to ensure guest experience remains smooth, warm, and inspiring.
· Approach service challenges as opportunities to exceed guest expectations, ensuring every follow-up feels thoughtful and meaningful.
· Conduct night audits and corridor checks to ensure guest safety and security.
· Maintain strong working relationships and clear communication with all departments, ensuring a seamless transition between night and day teams.
· Assist with front desk duties, including guest check-ins and check-outs.
· Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Front Office Manager. Monitor arrivals, departures, room allocations, and billing accuracy
· Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift.
· Execute and oversee the Night Audit process in line with hotel standards
· Ensure all daily transactions are accurately posted and balanced
· Reconcile room revenue, F&B outlets, and other hotel income streams
· Verify rate accuracy, packages, and allowances
· Close and roll the business date within the Property Management System
· Generate and distribute daily financial and operational reports to management
· Ensure all audit documentation is completed and filed correctly
· Supervise overnight team, ensuring daily tasks are executed with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
· Ensure the team consistently delivers professional, courteous, and personalized service, maintaining LQA standards
· Manage guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with discretion and efficiency, ensuring timely follow-through and resolution that exceeds expectations

· A passionate leader with the ability to inspire, guide, and support team members.
· Knowledge of hotel operations, safety protocols and service recovery.
· Eligible to work in Ireland.
