Membership Operations Intern
Sobre el trabajo
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It
Florence is alive with energy — and it’s the seamless flow of our membership spaces that keeps everything moving. As our Member Operations Intern, you’ll be the quiet engine behind the scenes, making sure everything from coworking desks to member queries gets handled with care and efficiency. Some days you’ll be managing bookings and making sure the space looks and feels exactly right. Other days you’ll be leading tours, troubleshooting on the fly, helping members access what they need or working with the team to tighten up how things run. No two shifts look the same — and that’s exactly the point. If you’re someone who notices the details others miss and loves the satisfaction of a well-run operation, you’ll feel right at home here.
In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are (Ahem)…
Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Spain with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the coworking spaces and rooftop, including managing rooftop operations by assisting guests, providing towels, ensuring the area is clean, tidy, and well-organized, and delivering a warm and professional welcome to all visitors.
• Keeping an eye on the space — flagging maintenance issues, restocking, and making sure everything looks and feels great
• Assisting with member queries related to facilities and access
• Working with the team to improve operational processes as we grow
• Leading tours
