As the Quality Intern, your purpose is to learn about and support achieving TSH quality and operational excellence across our locations in Europe. Our objective as a Quality Team is to ensure our service delivery consistently meets or exceeds the established standards and requirements. We do this through regular analysis of guest service metrics such as quality assessments, audits, mystery guest visits, guest satisfaction data, and online reputation management. As a Quality Intern you will support in identify areas for improvement and support the implementation of solutions to enhance the overall guest experience. You will learn about improving standards, processes and procedures and revises them together with the team.

We are looking for someone to join our team for a period of at least 6 months starting in September 2026.
What You'll Do
- You will be responsible for operational excellence, reporting and auditing
- You will drive operational excellence across all sites by creating action plans, revise operational check lists and implement effective solutions
- You will regularly review and analyse guest service metrics, guest satisfaction data, and online reputation management to identify areas for improvement together with the team
- You will support with conduction audits to measure progress against quality requirements and provide accurate and timely reporting
- You will improve our audit templates and checklists in the tool.
Who You Are
- You are enrolled in Hospitality, Hotel Management or Business Management studies.
- You have previous experience in hospitality
- You have a great eye for details and are driven by continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Multi-cultural exposure and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- You have a passion for delivering excellent guest services.
- You have a high interest in quality aspects and are willing to learn together with us.
