We're looking for an ambitious Rooms Operations Management Trainee to join our team in Barcelona. This is a structured 8–12 month development programme designed for hospitality students in their third year of studies or above who are ready to gain hands-on operational experience and prepare for their first leadership role. If you're passionate about people, operations and creating memorable guest experiences, this programme will give you the opportunity to develop the skills, confidence and business knowledge needed to succeed in hotel operations.

What You'll Do:
Throughout the programme, you'll rotate across our Front Office and Housekeeping departments, working alongside experienced leaders and gaining exposure to the day-to-day management of one of our largest hubs.
Front Office Operations
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the guest journey.
- Learn the daily operation of a busy Front Office.
- Manage guest requests, service recovery and problem-solving.
- Coordinate arrivals, departures and room allocations.
- Support upselling initiatives and revenue opportunities.
- Participate in daily operational briefings and shift leadership.
Housekeeping Operations
- Learn how to manage room inventory and productivity.
- Conduct room quality inspections.
- Coordinate room readiness with Front Office.
- Monitor cleanliness and brand standards.
- Support preventive maintenance and quality improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with external contractors and suppliers.
Leadership & Hotel Operations
- Participate in management meetings.
- Learn workforce planning and operational scheduling.
- Analyse operational KPIs and guest satisfaction.
- Support departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Food & Beverage, Membership and Events teams to understand the full hotel operation.
- Take ownership of projects that improve efficiency and the guest experience.

Most importantly, you'll have developed the operational and leadership skills expected from a Front Office Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor or Duty Manager, preparing you for your first management opportunity in hospitality.
Who You Are:
We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys taking responsibility and wants to build a long-term career in hospitality.
- Currently studying Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related degree.
- In your 3rd year of studies or above.
- Available for a minimum of 8 months (12 months preferred).
- Fluent in English & Spanish is a must.
- Passionate about hospitality and guest experience.
- Curious, proactive and solution-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ready to challenge yourself and grow into a leadership role.
