We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Reservations Agent(Spa) to join our team at Verdala Wellness Hotel-AX Privilege, Rabat. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering a seamless guest experience at the Verdala Wellness Hotel. This role combines reservations management with a strong emphasis on guest wellbeing, ensuring that each guest's journey-from inquiry to departure-is personalised, stress-free, and aligned with the hotel's wellness philosophy.
Responsibilities:
* Managing and processing reservations efficiently through various booking channels, ensuring accuracy and personalisation.
* Providing tailored recommendations on wellness programmes, spa treatments, and holistic experiences to enhance guest wellbeing.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries with a warm, customer-centric approach while upholding the hotel's wellness values.
* Coordinating with the spa, wellness, and F&B teams to ensure guests' wellbeing preferences and special requests are met.
* Ensuring that all booking details, including wellness packages and dietary preferences, are accurately recorded and communicated.
* Maximising occupancy while maintaining a focus on guest experience and holistic hospitality.
* Assisting in the promotion of wellness retreats, mindfulness programmes, and other specialised offerings.
Requirements:
* Passion for wellness, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and empathetic approach.
* Detail-oriented and well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and guest preferences.
* Knowledge of wellness practices, holistic therapies, or spa services is an advantage.
* Proficiency in reservations systems and guest management platforms.
