Job Description:
· Greet and send off guests warmly and follow professional phone etiquette. Be proficient in the front desk system, business hours, signature dishes, restaurant culture and promotional activities, and answer guest inquiries in a timely manner.
· Take the initiative to learn and perform duties including order taking, beverage service, dish introduction, food serving and chocolate delivery, and engage actively with guests during dining.
· Collect guests’ dining experience and satisfaction feedback, handle complaints and various issues in accordance with standard procedures, and keep the management and kitchen team informed.
· Assist in arranging guest parties and customized dining requests. Keep the front desk area tidy and report any equipment or system faults promptly.
· Comply with personal grooming and hygiene rules, cooperate well with colleagues to maintain a positive team atmosphere, and complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Benefits:
· Basic Salary: RMB 4,200 (Monthly)
· Performance Salary: RMB 1,800 (Monthly)
· Meal Allowance: RMB 2,700 (Monthly)
· Housing Allowance: RMB 4,000 (Monthly)

Job Requirements:
· Foreign nationals are preferre. Present a neat and poised appearance. Possess strong service awareness, good affinity and communication skills for both face-to-face and telephone communication.
· Be willing to learn comprehensive catering service skills, adapt quickly to a new environment, and embrace challenges related to language, culture and working style.
· Basic knowledge of catering service procedures or previous experience in restaurant and hotel guest reception is preferred.
· Be proactive, flexible, responsible and a good team player.

Three on the Bund, formerly known as the “Union Building”, is one of the “Outstanding Historical Buildings” recognized by Shanghai Municipal People's Government.
