Training 4 Hospitality is currently recruiting hospitality and culinary candidates for multiple paid J-1 internship openings across private country clubs, golf communities, and resort properties throughout the United States.


These opportunities are designed for hospitality and culinary students or recent graduates seeking structured international training within professional U.S. hospitality environments.


Current openings are primarily located across Florida private clubs and resort communities, with additional opportunities available in Vermont and North Carolina.

🏡 Current Program Benefits


• Paid training positions ($14.00–$16.50/hour)

• Minimum 32 hours guaranteed (many locations average closer to 40 hours)

📌 Important Program Information


This opportunity is part of the U.S. J-1 Cultural Exchange Program and is not a free job placement.


Participants are responsible for a program fee covering:

• Visa sponsorship (DS-2019)

• Medical insurance

• Placement coordination

• Embassy preparation

• Pre-departure support

• Ongoing participant support during the program


Applicants should be financially prepared for the J-1 visa process and associated embassy/program costs before applying.

Shortlisted candidates will complete a live screening interview with Training 4 Hospitality before being presented to host employers.

Sobre ti

We are looking for motivated hospitality and culinary candidates who are serious about developing long-term international careers within the hospitality industry.


ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum age: 18

• Currently studying Hospitality or Culinary Arts full-time at a recognised post-secondary institution

OR

• Graduated from a Hospitality or Culinary Arts diploma/degree program within the last 12 months

OR

• Candidates who graduated more than 12 months ago may still qualify under the J-1 Trainee category if they are currently employed within Hospitality or Culinary Arts and have at least 12 months of full-time professional hospitality experience

• Minimum 3–6 months practical hospitality or culinary experience

• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills

• Professional attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn

• Must demonstrate genuine long-term hospitality or culinary career goals

• Must meet eligibility requirements for the U.S. J-1 Intern or Trainee Visa category
