Looking to gain international hospitality experience without committing to a full 12-month programme?
Training 4 Hospitality is now recruiting hospitality students, graduates and young professionals for our new USA Seasonal Hospitality Training Programme, offering paid 4–5 month training opportunities at luxury hotels and mountain resorts across the United States.
Current seasonal opportunities are available in destinations including Colorado, California, Vermont, Utah, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania, with additional locations becoming available throughout the recruitment season.
These programmes provide structured hospitality training, international cultural exchange and valuable experience with leading U.S. hospitality employers.

We're looking for enthusiastic hospitality candidates who are eager to gain international experience within luxury hotels and resorts in the United States.
Applicants should:
- Have hospitality or culinary education and/or relevant professional experience
- Demonstrate good spoken English
- Be motivated to learn and develop professionally
- Meet the eligibility requirements for the U.S. J-1 Intern or Trainee Programme
- Be financially prepared for programme and government fees associated with international cultural exchange programmes
