Product Portfolio Executive | First Choice

Join our team as a Product Portfolio Executive within the First Choice brand, supporting the First Choice Accomodations Portfolio Manager in optimising performance and enhancing our diverse accommodation offerings. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in meticulously managing portfolios, leveraging data insights to drive visibility and sales.

 

ABOUT THE JOB 

 

• Portfolio Management Support: Assist in the ongoing management of First Choice accommodation portfolios, supporting performance optimisation and sales maximisation.

• Data Analysis, Insights and actions: Contribute to providing reporting and analysis on our portfolios and identify appropriate actions to support our objectives.   
• Portfolio Maintenance: Conduct availability checks, manage room type additions, and support in maintaining high quality and Health & Safety standards.
• Categorisation and Marketing support: Contribute to categorising accommodation portfolios and collaborate with marketing teams to address accommodation needs and campaign strategies.
• Supplier Relationship and Portal Management: Support access management to supplier portals and booking systems, ensuring streamlined operations.
• Collaboration: Work with wider business teams on programme changes and to enhance accommodation visibility.

 

ABOUT YOU

• A solid understanding of the travel or hotel sector.
• Exceptional organisational abilities with a keen eye for detailed planning.
• Strong communication skills and an inclination for cross-team collaboration.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to assist in generating insights.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Passionate about customer-centric portfolio management.
