The Role
As General Manager at Florentine Marbella, you will lead the full restaurant operation, bringing together guest experience, team culture, commercial performance and brand standards.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being present on the floor, developing people, creating structure, and making sure every service feels smooth, warm and consistent.
What you'll be doing
* Leading the day-to-day restaurant operation and ensuring a strong guest experience.
* Building, coaching and developing the team across front of house and leadership roles.
* Driving service standards, atmosphere and consistency in line with the Florentine brand.
* Managing sales, labour, costs and profitability with a clear commercial mindset.
* Planning team routines, service priorities and operational standards.
* Working closely with senior leadership on recruitment, training and business performance.
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, licensing and company procedures.
You'll thrive in this role if you
* Experience as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leader.
* A strong background in premium casual, lifestyle or high-volume restaurant environments.
* Excellent floor presence and a genuine passion for guest experience.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build trust, accountability and team spirit.
* Good commercial awareness, including sales, labour, costs and profitability.
* A calm, organised and hands-on approach during busy services.
* A passion for developing people and creating a strong restaurant culture.
