RESPONSABILIDADES E FUNÇÕES ESSENCIAIS
O candidato selecionado estará comprometido em oferecer um serviço excepcional aos nossos clientes, mantendo o alto nível de padrões do Restaurante de Praia. Como Chef de Rang, suas responsabilidades também incluem:
• Garantir a montagem eficiente do restaurante e o serviço de alimentos ou bebidas aos nossos clientes
• Trabalhar ao lado do Chefe de Garçons para atender às necessidades do cliente
• Mise en place; ser preparado antes de cada serviço; Tabuleiras de açúcar, guardanapos úmidos, pratos de serviço, bandejas de serviço, talheres e quaisquer outros requisitos especiais conforme a folha de funções
• Ser responsável pelo posto de serviço relevante e fazer a ponte com a equipe de Restaurante
• Estar totalmente familiarizado com todos os itens do cardápio, apresentação, acompanhamento e disponibilidade

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience in high-end restaurants is desirable
• Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organizational skills
• Good command of basic German(mandatory) and English and Portuguese language
• Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
- Idiomas requeridos: Inglés y Alemán. Portugués y Español son un plus

Vila Joya – Feels like Home, tastes like Paradise!
Vila Joya is located above the Atlantic and is surrounded by an evergreen garden with direct access to the sea. With its 15 rooms, a two Michelin star gourmet restaurant and 350m2 spa and fitness area, this Moorish style building - formerly the private summer residence of the German Jung family - is now one of the most beautiful privately-run boutique resorts in Europe.
The terrace with views across the garden and towards the Atlantic forms the heart of Vila Joya and as such is the hub and focal point for all culinary delights. From breakfast to dinner, the terrace is the place where guests come together. At lunch- and dinner time, the terrace is transformed into a two Michelin star restaurant headed by the patron Dieter Koschina. The Austrian chef has been working at Vila Joya for more than 30 years and secured his first Michelin star in 1995 and his second in 1999. Chef Koschina is an essential part of the gem which is Vila Joya – and he is also one of Portugal’s highly decorated chefs.
