Responsibilities:
- Supervise the distribution of employees, creating a weekly schedule and ensuring that all positions are filled;
- Give instructions for the preparation and execution of events (weddings, dinners, groups, among others), ensuring that everything runs in perfect condition.
- Ensure that all services are running optimally and that the current standards are met;
- Address any issues, providing a solution with utmost urgency;
- Distribute tasks among the team;
- Be present at guest meals, ensuring total satisfaction;
- Provide guidance to staff on how to improve the service provided to guests.
