Your main tasks for the Warwick Brussels and the Barsey by Warwick will involve:
- Updating in Opera on a daily basis the previous day received reservations
- Performing rate and promotions analysis of competitors
- Learning how to understand revenue forecasts in aim of reaching the budget
- Follows up leads and correspondence within 24 hours
- Projects a professional and positive attitude with guests and colleagues
- Check incoming reservations for valid details and to ensure quality of reservations
- Learning of selling skills and upselling techniques
- Handle online inquiries for online booking agencies via various Extranets
- Help manage and mediate case by case special requests – Add-Ons/Upsells
- Inputting of data in the hotel PMS system (Opera) giving all departments concerned, accurate information
