Program Objective:
This internship is designed to offer hands-on experience in event planning, guest interaction, and local tourism promotion. Interns will take on an active role in creating an engaging, social, and enriching environment for guests through the curation of events and local tours, helping to enhance the unit’s reputation as a hub of connection and adventure.
Leading Tours for New Guests:
Conduct guided tours of the unit, introducing guests to common areas, facilities, and safety procedures.
Provide guests with useful information about the services (e.g., laundry, kitchen, common spaces, etc.).
Organizing and Promoting In-House Events:
Plan, promote, and host events.
Use social media, flyers and word-of-mouth to promote these events.
Assisting with Partnerships for Local Tours and Experiences:
Coordinate with local businesses to offer discounted or exclusive experiences for guests.
Gather guest feedback after tours to ensure high-quality experiences.
Guest Engagement and Feedback:
Regularly interact with guests to gather suggestions for events or tours.
Ensure guests feel welcomed and encouraged to participate in events.
Use guest feedback to improve event planning and partner experiences.
Marketing and Communication:
Assist in creating posters, social media posts, or newsletters to promote upcoming events and tours.
Develop relationships with local tourism boards or travel influencers to promote events.
Maintain a calendar of activities and tours for guests.

Sobre ti
- Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Management, Tourism, or related fields.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Idioma requerido: Inglés.
