F&B Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead the dining experience at one of East Africa's most acclaimed luxury retreats. As a Relais & Châteaux member property, we uphold the highest standards of gastronomy and personalized service across our beachfront restaurant, in-villa dining, and private events.

The ideal candidate brings a refined hospitality background with at least 5 years in luxury F&B management, strong operational discipline, and a genuine love for food culture — with the ability to inspire a team while maintaining the intimate, family-owned spirit that defines White Sand. Experience in a luxury resort or boutique fine-dining environment is essential; familiarity with East African or Indian Ocean destinations is a distinct advantage.
