Job Description
How does your working day look like …
- At the reception, you’ll make sure that all our guests are totally satisfied with their stay
- You’ll always keep calm, even when all the guests turn up to check in or check out at the same time
- You prepare for the shift and end it with a tidy front office
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV …
- You’ve completed an apprenticeship in the hotel business, preferably gained some professional experience and can speak English fluently
- You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests
- On top of this, you know your way around Düsseldorf and always have tips for good shopping locations and a nice ice-cream parlor
- You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
