Job Description

How does your working day looks like...

You do the scheduling, lead the team and support your colleagues in their development
You make sure that our guests are not only full, but also happy and satisfied
You take responsibility for your budget and ensure correct billing and clean administrative procedures
You are a competent and open-minded contact and sparring partner for our external concept partner
You stand by your colleagues with an infectious smile when once again all guests storm the restaurant at the same time and want to order. You also keep your head above water in case of spontaneous changes of plans

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV...

You have gained leadership experience in a similar function
You can inspire your colleagues as well as your guests. In addition, charming communication is easy for you, even when things get tricky.
You are enthusiastic about good food and drinks and like to discover new concepts.
You are a doer - and openly admit when you have done something wrong.
You bring not only your skills, but also your character to the table

Additional Information
