Job Description

What will you do

• Prepare and present food for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a la carte, room service, functions and buffet service
• Ensure that mis-en-place is complete in an efficient and timely manner
• Maintain food hygiene in accordance with legislative standards
• Follow recipes and brand standards 
• Maintain strict stock control procedures

Qualifications

What you need to be successful

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery qualified
• Excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding mis-en-place
• Excellent knowledge and practice of food hygiene standards
• Flexible availability to work a range of shifts and days
