Job Description

• Ensure to maintain quality and proper presentation of food
• Be able to prepare a variety of cuisine, using skill and creativity to develop new menus.
• Oversee facility and equipment in the kitchen area according HACCP standard.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
