Job Description

Sofitel Melbourne on Collins is currently seeking an experienced shift leader for the Driveway.

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing & organising each shift to run efficiently and effectively. 
  • Assist with rostering and shift coverage
  • Ensure team is briefed on guests & group movements. 
  • To be responsible for the Porters and Night Porter during your shift.
  • Coordination of the overall Driveway operation
  • Assist with guest luggage and parking cars


For this role, you will:

  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Be very efficient and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Proven organisational & time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • To be able to work – morning / afternoon / night shifts rotating
  • A Full Drivers License
