Job Description

 will be responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing the profitability of our restaurant facilities. You

will develop and implement sales strategies, build relationships with clients, and collaborate closely with the food and beverage team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Your role will involve both proactive sales efforts and maintaining relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses to secure group dining, catering, and event bookings.

ollaborate with the food and beverage team to develop appealing menus and pricing structures that align with market trends and customer preferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in restaurant or hotel sales and event management.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
