Job Description

Assist Speakeasy Manager in managing employees and daily operation. Manage the open or closing shifts of the bar that located in the Hotel. With the expectation of serving the guests in a Five Star manner, assure highest quality of the Department by working in an efficient and conscious manner, as well as, maintaining and developing the highest service standards possible. 

Qualifications

• College degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management preferred.
• Previous Food and Beverage experience required. Management skills preferred.
• 6-month minimum food and beverage supervisory experience.
