Le Novotel Paris La Défense Esplanade est un hôtel de 280 Chambres, avec un restaurant, des salles de séminaires et un bar qui n’attendent que vous ! Nous rejoindre c’est vous permettre d’évoluer dans un établissement à fort potentiel avec d’important flux de clients à chouchouter au quotidien.

Vous êtes à la recherche d’une belle opportunité pour booster votre parcours d’hôtelier ?

Au sein d’une équipe de 3 personnes, vous serez en charge de l'organisation des séminaires et banquets. Vos missions principales seront de vous assurer que la promesse client soit respectée (mise en place des salons, horaires pour la restauration, etc ...) et d'accueillir les clients. Vous serez le contact privilégié entre le client, les services de l'hôtel et vous serez garant du bon déroulement des séminaires sur place.

Vous vous occuperez également des tâches administratives du service commercial (facturation, confirmation de dossiers, relances ...).

Passionné(e) de l’univers de l’hôtellerie et du tourisme
Faire preuve de qualité de communication à l’écrit et à l’oral

Savoir identifier et anticiper les besoins de clients
Polyvalent(e)
Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se)
Aisance relationnelle
A l'aise avec les outils informatiques (bureautique/logiciel...)
