The project would be the creation of certain standards and processes on guest relations such as room allocation, preparation of amenities, creation or search of new amenities, spot checks of the rooms, answering customers etc. always after a training process in collaboration with the different departments (housekeeping, reception, events, and management).

If you know Opera, it’s a such great news! If not, don’t worry people can learn and we are here to help you with. To have other technology knowledge is a plus.
Fluent in English it’s very cool! If you can speak other languages, it’ll be awesome!
