POSITION OVERVIEW

Under direct supervision, will patrol assigned areas to ensure protection of clients, visitors, property and equipment. Will control and monitor ingress and egress out of assigned site and monitor burglar and fire alarm systems as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Satisfying guest needs and exceeding their expectations by projecting a positive hotel image through proper grooming, appropriate verbal communication, and taking responsibility of guest needs.
• Reporting on time for each shift.
• Dressed appropriately in uniform.
• Proper care and accountability for tools and supplies.
• Keeping records and logs as requested.
• Observes activity throughout the Resort on CCTV.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in relevant field.
• Must have a clear criminal record, clear driving record and be willing to submit to a drug screen.
• EMR certification required or be capable to obtain one.
• EMT certification preferred or be capable to obtain one.
• Must have previous experience with CCTV systems.
• Must have minimum of 2 years of previous Guest Service experience.
