POSITION OVERVIEW
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Corporate team in our Bangkok Office in Bangkok, Thailand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing HR support to the Regional HR Director, Asia and for acting as the initial HR point of contact for the Corporate office team in the Bangkok office. This is achieved through professional planning and completion of various HR administration tasks.
In addition to the main responsibility of administration and maintenance of colleague records throughout the employee life cycle, there is a particular focus on maintaining positive employee relations through various engagement activities and providing effective internal communications. You will also be the day-to-day first point of contact for HR queries.
You will also be part of the team setting up new Corporate Office locations as the Group continues its exciting growth plan.
Your contributions will directly impact our ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring that our colleagues remain a cornerstone of our success.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking an individual who is genuinely enthusiastic about Human Resources administration, with a strong commitment to delivering high quality, accurate work.
You will hold a HR/Personal Certificate or equivalent and will have previous experience in a HR administrative role (ideally in hospitality) and take pride in your strong organisational and time-management skills.
You will understand HR principles and practices and have some knowledge of basic employment laws.
You understand the importance of handling information confidentially and with discretion. You will be proficient in MS Office and familiar with, or open to learning a HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
You will be confident acting as the first point of contact for day-today colleague queries and be a positive team player, showing a willingness to go the extra mile for our colleagues.
