POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director of Club Relations – Aman Nai Lert Bangkok is responsible for Aman Club sales and meeting monthly sales targets. Leads Aman Residence owner onboardings in the APAC region and assists the APO team with executing the Aman Club and Residence retention program. Performs a variety of tasks,
including but not limited to support with client relationship management, fulfilment execution and preparing corporate reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages sales program for Aman Club at Aman Nai Lert and securing sustainable growth in the club community.
• Leads moves managements, scheduling and sales communications for Aman Club at Aman Nai Lert.
• Proactive approach in creating sales strategy for Aman Club sales and activations to achieve sales targets.
• Supports local Club team(s) with programming and day to day operations (member onboardings and orientations) within the APAC region.
• Supports with the Aman Club APAC fulfilment programs and Private Office onboardings for APAC Residence owners.
• Upselling Aman Residences and Aman Club during Aman Residence owner onboardings.
• Serves a liaison between Aman Residences & Club buyer prospects and Residences & Club Sales team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly corporate sales reports.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations regarding corporate and marketing reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of related experience and/or training
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-starter ability to work with little direct supervision
• Capable of working under pressure and with various stakeholders
• Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Thai
• Sensitive to cultural nuances
• Positive and engaging personality
• Very high attention to detail
• Professional appearance
• Proficiencies in Salesforce, PowerPoint and Excel
