Lead the F&B team with constant presence on the floor, interact, and entertain guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Staff Training and Schedules
- Aware of all in-house guest requirements
- Support the overall leadership and management of the hotel in the smooth running of the operations
- Regularly review house counts, VIP list and maintain the confidentiality of the hotel and its guests
- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the amenities set up and delivery
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of bar areas
- To interact with guests as required to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and maximize the returns to the hotel
- To motivate and supervise all employees involved in the provision of F&B, and ensure that the service they deliver is in line with the best service standards
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner and report any issues to FB Manager
- Keep highest standards of hygiene
QUALIFICATIONS
- Maintain Aman's standards of attitude, behavior and appearance
- Maintain sound knowledge of departmental standards and procedures
- Have sound a knowledge of F&B Menus
- The right to work in the U.S.
