POSITION OVERVIEW
The Housekeeping Coordinator assists the housekeeping department in day to day operations. The coordinator ensures we provide an outstanding level of service for internal and external guests.

The Housekeeping Coordinator assists the housekeeping department in day to day operations. The coordinator ensures we provide an outstanding level of service for internal and external guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Satisfying guest needs and exceeding our guests’ expectations are your number one priority.
- Projecting a positive hotel image.
- Opening of housekeeping morning shift.
- Updating the morning housekeeping boards with the most recent guest information.
- Issuing out Housekeeping key/Voxer and ensure staff is signing out for them.
- Ensuring key signing forms are filed and updated.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must demonstrate strong computer skills to include Excel; able to learn Opera and other programs to proficient level.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Oral proficiency in the English language.
- High School graduate or G.E.D.
- Must have at least 2 years of prior housekeeping experience.
- Must have a clear driving record and submit to a drug screen for approval to drive company vehicles.
