Job Description: Admin Coordinator (HR and General)



Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Human Resources (HR) and Food and Beverage (F&B) department. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. This role requires the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Admin Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of both the HR and F&B functions.

Responsibilities:
HR Support:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Maintain employee records, including personal information, leave balances, and training records.
Coordinate and schedule employee onboarding and off-boarding activities, including preparing necessary paperwork and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement activities, performance management, and training programs.
Assist with the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts, policies, and procedures, visa applications.

2. General Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the F&B team, including managing schedules, and coordinating meetings
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate redirection.
Organize and maintain files, documents, and databases, both electronically and in hard copy.
Prepare reports other documents as required
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and training sessions, including arranging venues, catering, and necessary equipment.
Assist with general administration reports for various projects

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or courses in HR or F&B administration are a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a HR or F&B environment.
Familiarity with HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
Basic understanding of F&B operations, including inventory management and vendor coordination.
Proficiency in using office software, such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management systems.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar customer-facing role within the food and beverage industry.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate cash handling.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
Availability to work during busier periods, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods

Hailing from Rome, Antonia al-taglio gourmet pizza slices are baked in rectangular trays, loaded with delicious toppings, displayed on the counter and sold by the square, half-tray or full-tray which allows you to choose from a selection of artisanal pizzas with your favourite combinations. The traditional street food is super versatile and can be eaten whenever and wherever you are, but always and unconditionally with your hands.

The concept, which is driven by Chef and Restaurant Owner, Simone Federici, stems from the tutelage of his grandmother who inspired him to begin his culinary career at the age of 15. Every slice of pizza has been fermented for 72 hours, made with 80% water, rustic Italian flour, olive oil, salt and a proprietary of over 50 year-old sour dough passed through generations.
