We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in the Food and Beverage industry to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting top talent in the F&B sector and managing the recruitment process to support our company's growth and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies specific to the F&B industry.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions ranging from entry-level to executive roles within the F&B sector.
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including social media, job boards, and industry-specific networks.
Industry-Specific Knowledge:

Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the F&B industry to understand the evolving talent needs.
Build a network within the F&B industry to tap into potential candidates and referral sources.
Candidate Assessment:

Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
Conduct reference checks and coordinate trial days or tasting sessions, if applicable, for culinary positions.
Collaboration & Strategy:

Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop role-specific criteria.
Provide insights and advice on F&B market trends and talent acquisition strategies.
Onboarding & Retention:

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Contribute to employee retention strategies, focusing on the unique aspects of the F&B workforce.
Compliance & Best Practices:

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information at all times.
