Job Summary:
The Resort Entertainment Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a diverse range of entertainment programs and activities for our guests. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating memorable experiences and possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Entertainment Program Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive entertainment program catering to diverse guest preferences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote entertainment events and activities.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of entertainment staff including performers, hosts, and technicians.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Budget Management:
Create and manage the entertainment budget, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising guest experience.
Event Coordination:
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of entertainment events, including scheduling, logistics, and technical requirements.
Guest Engagement:
Interact with guests to gather feedback and suggestions for improving the entertainment program.
Address guest concerns or requests related to entertainment activities.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure that all entertainment activities comply with local regulations and safety standards.
Implement and enforce safety protocols for staff and guests participating in activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
Proficiency in English and Spanish Nationality.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for entertainment.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position.
Flexibility in working hours may be required based on the resort's operational needs.
