Job brief:
We are looking for enthusiastic Bartenders to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and specials drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes accommodation, salary and tips.

Responsibilities:
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Plan and present bar menu
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Knowing both bartending and barista

Accommodation is provided. Team is divided into 3 nice houses that are close to the restaurant.

Requirements and skills:

Attitude is everything, team working, smiley, polite and love what you do
Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Knowledge in POS system
Knowledge of a second language is a plus
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Relevant training certificate

Langue requise: Anglais.

We are Casa Fistiki, your new restaurant, bar, bodega & wineshop right by the sea in Agios Georgios, Antiparos. We serve delicious food and amazing drinks from sunrise to sunset in a friendly and refined atmosphere.

Fruit of a common passion for food, sun, wine, sea, fire-cooking, mezcal, hosting friends, music & travels - we came up with a joke of opening a chiringuito on the beach. The joke didn’t last long before the spot hunting began.

Following a gut feeling, a few months later, we ended up finding a perfect spot on a Greek Island to realize a fantasy - blending the best of two worlds - the mediterranean with the mexican dream.
