Bar Manager

Responsibilities:
As the Bar Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our establishment by overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of the bar.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and inspire bar staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold our standards of excellence. Provide regular feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Beverage Management: Demonstrated expertise in high-end mixology to curate an exceptional beverage menu, specializing in crafting sophisticated cocktails that elevate the member experience. Proficiency in selecting premium ingredients and implementing advanced mixology techniques to create unique and memorable drink offerings. Ability to cater to the preferences of our discerning clientele by staying abreast of the latest trends in luxury cocktails and incorporating innovative and creative elements into beverage creations. Experience in managing inventory, sourcing premium spirits and ingredients, and ensuring cost-effective operations while upholding the highest quality standards in beverage offerings.
• Customer Experience: Foster a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere that encourages guests to return. Interact with patrons, address their needs, and handle any concerns or feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement efficient workflows and utilize technology to streamline processes.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bar management or a related role.
• Fluent in English and French mandatory
• In-depth knowledge of French beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Proficiency in POS systems and bar management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
