  • Prepare the ingredients for Pizza.

 

  • To get the pizza dough ready, grate cheese and slice and chop pizza toppings such as vegetables and meat.

 

  • Also make fresh tomato sauces if necessary.

 

  • Pizza chefs may also prepare ingredients for calzones, sandwiches, garlic bread and simple pasta dishes.

 

  • Turns oven controls to regulate temperatures and to set time cycle for baking pizzas.

 

  • Must ensure that the kitchen meets safety and health standards.

 

  • Operate and monitor baking equipment and temperature to control appearance of products.

 

  • Check and maintain the cleanliness of equipment and utensils to make sure health and safety regulations are met.

 

  • Any other tasks as required by the Executive Chef updated by Cipriani Management from time to time.
