Für unser Citadines City Centre Frankfurt und das benachbarte lyf East Frankfurt suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die beide Häuser an der Rezeption unterstützt und unsere Gäste mit Herz und Professionalität willkommen heißt.
Das erwartet Dich bei uns:
Im Citadines City Centre Frankfurt, mitten im aufstrebenden Europaviertel und in direkter Nähe zur Messe und dem Hauptbahnhof, bieten wir modernen Komfort mit Tiefgarage, Frühstückslobby, Lounge, Business Corner, Gym und stilvoll ausgestatteten Zimmern mit Kitchenette.
Im lyf East Frankfurt steht Community und urbaner Lifestyle im Fokus. Als lyf Guard bist Du erste/r Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Gäste, begrüßt neue Bewohner und trägst aktiv zu einer offenen, vernetzten Atmosphäre bei – ganz nach dem Motto: The Time of your lyf.
Deine Rolle:
- Empfang und Betreuung unserer nationalen & internationalen Gäste in beiden Häusern
- Check-in und Check-out sowie Bearbeitung von Reservierungen
- Ansprechpartner/in für Anliegen, Wünsche und Empfehlungen
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau einer lebendigen Community im lyf
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Housekeeping- und Technik-Team
Das bringst Du mit:
- Erfahrung im Empfangs- oder Gästeservice wünschenswert
- Freundliches Auftreten, Teamgeist und Organisationsgeschick
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und verschiedenen Kulturen
- Bereitschaft, flexibel in beiden Häusern zu arbeiten

The Ascott Limited is one of the leading international serviced residence operators with a portfolio of around 800 properties across five continents.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to join the front desk team at both our Citadines City Centre Frankfurt and the local lyf East Frankfurt. If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a dynamic work environment, this position is for you.
What to Expect:
At Citadines City Centre Frankfurt, located in the vibrant Europaviertel district near the Frankfurt Trade Fair and Central Station, we offer our guests modern comforts such as a private underground car park, breakfast lobby, cozy lounge, business corner, gym, and fully equipped rooms with kitchenettes.
At lyf East Frankfurt, the focus is on building community and embracing an urban lifestyle. As a lyf Guard, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming new residents and actively contributing to an open, connected environment – true to our motto: The Time of your lyf.
Your Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist our national and international guests at both properties
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and manage reservations
- Be the go-to person for guest inquiries, requests, and local recommendations
- Support the development of a vibrant, inclusive community at lyf
- Collaborate closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in front office or guest services preferred
- A friendly, approachable demeanor and a strong team spirit
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good command of both German and English
- Enthusiasm for working with people from diverse backgrounds
- Flexibility and willingness to work across both properties
