Front Office Trainee

We are seeking a Front Office Trainee for an immersive experience of at least five months. The start date is flexible, ideally by the summer, so let us know when you're ready to embark on this adventure.



Here’s what you will learn during the time of your internship:

Extend a warm and genuine welcome to all guests.
Perform check-ins and check-outs, orchestrating each guest's journey with precision.
Anticipate and fulfil guest needs with finesse, providing personalized recommendations and insider tips.
Serve as a fountain of knowledge about our hotel amenities, local attractions, and cultural hotspots.
Navigate diverse guest inquiries and requests with grace and efficiency.
Embrace collaboration with colleagues across departments to ensure a harmonious guest experience.


Our ideal profile? Someone proficient in English (a good knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus!), enrolled in a hospitality school or similar program, and most importantly, someone with a burning passion for customer service.

Schedules are from 7am to 3pm and from 3pm till 11pm.
