Our interns will be the face of Cucumbi and will carry out the daily operations in several areas of the hotel, mostly focusing of F&B.
Tasks include:
- Greeting guests upon arrival
- Tour guests around property (introducing establishment norms and schedules)
- Mise-en-place & service of meals (buffet & à la carte) during breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.
- Assist in product control and organization in back of the house area
- Ensure the cleanliness and standards of decoration in the work space
- Apply up-selling techniques
- Effectively handle customer concerns

Candidates are required to bring passion for hospitality and a drive to create the best guest experience possible, whilst understanding and mastering service skills.
Profile:
- Ability to communicate about the hotel & property
- Strong problem solving skills and adaptability
- Capacity to work under pressure
- High service orientation and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Good team working ability
- F&B service knowledge and practice
- Langue requise: Anglais. Portugais est un plus
