What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Supervisory Role in Stewarding or related roles in a Luxury Hotel or Upscale Dining Establishment is preferred.
  
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of Store Organisation, Inventory Exceution and Stock Control.
  
• Exceptional skills in Improving Customer and Stakeholder Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of Sanitisation and Cleaning techniques, and a thorough understanding of Food Safety Standards for Kitchen Equipment and Food Preparation areas.
  
• Next-Level Organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  
• A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.
  
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the Hotel.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Meticulously Monitors and Stocks Stewarding Stores, ensuring items are stored in an orderly and accessible manner.
  
• Utilises Identification Tags, Stamps, and Sophisticated Electric Marking Tools for precise stock item marking.
  
• Examines and Inspects stock items for Wear or Defects, promptly Reporting any damage to Supervisors for immediate attention.
  
• Assesses Stock Items with a discerning eye to uphold the FIVE’s award-winning Standards.
  
• Determines bespoke Storage Methods, Identification, and Stock Locations based on turnover, environmental factors, and the physical capabilities of FIVE’s lavish facilities.
  
• Orders items, fills out Requisitions, obtains Manager Approval, and collaborates with Hand-Picked Vendors to ensure only premium selections.
  
• Provides Sophisticated and Comprehensive Information to Fellow ‘FIVERs,’ fostering a culture of ‘FIVE-Star’ Communication.
  
• Packs and Unpacks Items efficiently, ensuring they are ready for the shelves of storerooms and warehouses.
  
• Upholds the store's Cleanliness and Adheres to Fire, Life, and Safety Standards with a commitment to Next-Level Excellence.
  
• Maintains PAR STOCK levels, promptly reporting any low levels to ensure uninterrupted Service Delivery.
  
• Oversees the timely Exceution of Monthly Inventories for all stores, ensuring meticulous Filling of Inventory Sheets and contributing to the outlets' monthly inventories with finesse.
  
• Spearheads the Collection and Reporting of Breakages from all F&B venues.
  
• Collaborates with other ‘FIVERs’ and embodies the ‘Vibe at FIVE’ in all interactions.
  
• Proactively engages in Industry-Leading Practices and Boundary-Breaking Initiatives, contributing to the award-winning culture of the FIVE Tribe.
