About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:

This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.  

The Role of Banqueting Supervisor:

We currently have an opportunity for a Banqueting Supervisor, to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco! 

Reporting to our Assistant Banqueting Manager to ensure that established cultural and core standards and long-range strategic planning for banqueting outlet operation are met. The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.

Coordinate set-up requirements for hotel and off-site functions according to the banquet event order, communicate directly with group contacts to ensure that all details of the function are carried out, ensure quality and timeliness of all food items, as well as provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience.

Our Ideal Banqueting Supervisor candidate will have:

Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Knowledge of Food & Beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.

Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.

Requires reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.

Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
