Job Summary:

The Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui is looking for a Bar Manager who shares a passion for excellence, conveys a positive attitude and epitomizes honesty and integrity. 

The Bar Manager is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Bar Manager assures each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile. The Bar Manager provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service, following the country alcohol law while adhering to Four Seasons standards of service. The Bar Manager has a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and ensures that all the details of service are performed properly and that every guest receives the highest quality of service.

The Bar Manager is flexible and adaptable to support beach guests experience from developing beach amenity program to service guest at the beaches.

The position reports to Director of Restaurants and Bars.

The position is local package and the hotel will obtain the work authorization.       

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English communication
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Confident outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
  • Strong beverage knowledge regarding liquor, wine and beer is required
  • Working knowledge of the F&B system is essential
