Chief Concierge

Summary

The Four Seasons Hotel Beijing is looking for  Chief Concierge  who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.

1.To ensure in the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge within the Rooms Division.

2. Assist to conduct regular communications meetings and ensures that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.

3. Must be familiar with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts standard training manual and service culture.

4.Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

5.Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship.

Responsibilities

1.Ensures that all Concierge and Guest Services employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

2.To contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge function within the Rooms Division.

3.Ensures that all Concierge and Guest Services employees are familiar with the hotel’s products and services.

4.Ensures that all in-house rules and regulations are communicated to employees and implemented.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

1.College graduate or Certificate

2.At least have three years related working experience.

3.Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

4.Good Communications skills and Computer skills

5.Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required
