ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Has a set number of rooms to clean during a shift.  Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet. Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure. Makes bed. Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas.  Removes Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings. (75%) Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens. (5%) Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. (10%) Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. (10%) Ensure all duties are performed following the Four Seasons, LQA and Forbes standards. Assists with responsibilities and duties when required by management/operational needs in the areas of TD Attendant, House Attendant, Public Areas Attendant or Laundry/Valet attendant. This might be a random request or a need to fulfill the position for a longer period until the same is cover. It is expected that the employee is flexible to perform in this other areas of the Housekeeping department
