Responsibilities

Trains and supervises all Laundry/Valet employees. Administers and controls all Laundry/Valet operations to achieve Four Seasons Standards and objectives. Responsible for ensuring that all linen is clean, the circulation is sufficient, the linen closets are well stocked, and all uniforms are clean and always available for employees. Oversees production reports and ensures all counts are accurate. Makes inspection trips through entire area checking on production methods and procedures.  This role has direct contact with guests and as such good communication skills are a necessity.  This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to manage up to 15 employees

• Good command of the English language

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
