Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya is looking for a Learning & Development Manager who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate training experience. Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait is recognized as a Forbes 5 Star Hotel and Forbes 5 Star Spa. The Learning & Development Manager forms part of the Hotel People and Culture (Human Resources) team as a Department Head who collectively makes key strategic and operational decisions for the Hotel quality assurance and trainings. This position reports to the Director of People and Culture. 

The Learning and Development Manager is responsible to ensure the Four Seasons expected level of quality and service are maintained by continuous trainings and development of our team members, devise and monitor an annual Learning and Development budget and develop relationships with key suppliers and industry associates. We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development individual who has a solid knowledge & experience of similar level of luxury hotels/ resorts. This role requires creativity and flair, and is able to evidence good business acumen, a strong work ethic and people-management and excellent presentation skills.

Applicants are required to have two to three years of relevant experience.  A college degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or business administration, or equivalent experience is required.

Some travel is required for training, conferences and special events.
