KEY Functıons

Cleaning all general areas. Performing polishing and maintenance of necessary surfaces. Performing carpet washing procedure. High dusting and précised cleaning of areas that require periodical cleaning, such as Lobby, Ballroom. Performing general and precision cleaning of lobby, general areas, staff locker rooms and bathrooms. Carefully storing hotel tools, equipments, guest room and storage keys used during the performance of the tasks. Adhering to the hotel's safety and emergency procedures. Complying with the hotel's procedures, policies and standards while performing duties. Carefully storing hotel tools, equipments, guest room and storage keys used during the performance of the tasks. Adhering to the hotel's safety and emergency procedures. Submitting any lost and found items that are found anywhere in the hotel, in accordance with the "Lost and Found Items Regulation". In addition to the tasks listed in the jobs description, carrying out additional tasks or projects assigned by the employer and supervisors. Knowing and executing established implementing Four Seasons standards and regulations. Always wearing clean and proper uniforms. Always fulfilling guest requests in a calm and polite manner and in accordance with Four Seasons standards. Working outside of shift hours and working overtime when the task requires it. Focusing on the goals of the group while ruling out personal self-interests.
