BASIC PURPOSE: Performs heavy cleaning to keep public areas and employee areas neat and clean.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Deep cleans lobby, elevators, public area restrooms, employee locker rooms, guest corridors, Spa and Fitness Club, and other service areas. (35%) Performs floorcare. Sweeps and mops floors and stairwells. Seals, waxes, polishes tile, marble and brass. Cleans and shampoos carpet. Vacuums hallways and offices. (35%) Removes trash from designated areas and disposes trash in a central area. (10%) Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. (10%) Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. (10%)
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Stewarding and Bell Services.
