Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara is looking for a Spa Attendant. Playing a pivotal role in creating a seamless spa experience with responsibilities including meticulous cleaning, thoughtful organization and efficient room turnovers for our Spa Therapists and Estheticians. What We Expect:

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Residence Club Assistance: Offer information and assistance to Residence Club members, including Spa and locker room orientation. Possess comprehensive of Spa service and operating hours. Enforce health club rules and regulations with guests.

Health Club Equipment: Provide proper and secure guidance on the use of the gym, free weights, cycles, and the steam room for owners and guests. Work closely with the Engineering department to ensure preventative maintenance and minimize equipment malfunctions.

Emergency and Safety Procedures/Response: Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and promptly notfiy Security of any incident or injuries. Appropriately respond to any hotel emergency or safety situation.

Amenities Management: Issue, stock and order towels, robes, toiletries, and other items or amenities needed in the area to provide guests with a level of service in keeping with a Four Seasons.

Cleanliness Management: Keep all Spa areas meticulously clean and fresh. Supplement housekeeping efforts by addressing sinks, counters, floors, showers, toilets, and other areas as needed.

Additional Responsibilities: Read and write in the locker room assignment sheet and other documents to keep other members of the staff informed of inventory (i.e. lockers and locker keys) and situations. Properly handle lost and found items.

Skills/Qualifications:

Ideal candidate will have: Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
